The Mid North’s sound is a melding of Old-time, Mountain Folk and Bluegrass.

Their heart-swelling music and catchy melodies have attracted fans of all ages. Their live-shows are both exciting and riotous excursions into the dance music of the past, the joy and sorrow of the human condition and all-in sing-a-longs. They have headlined the friday night at the National Bluegrass festival in Harrietville, they have played numerous festivals in Australia to adoring crowds. The roots revival has welcomed them with open arms and a new generation of listeners are relishing in the melodies, rhythms and heart-on-the-sleeve music that is The Mid North.
