As from midday 23 March 2020 the Australian Government has implemented the closure of all entertainment venues. As a result the Jetty Theatre will be closed until further notice.

Please visit www.jettytheatre.com for updates on specific shows regarding cancellations and postponements. The Jetty Theatre Facebook page and website will be kept updated with the status of events. Ticketholders can contact the Box Office regarding a refund or exchange.

 IF YOU ARE A TICKET HOLDER: Ticket holders are entitled to a refund or exchange for events that are significantly rescheduled, as per the Live Performance Ticketing Code of Practice.

The Box Office will be working through making refunds and exchanges.

Cancelled Shows – If you paid for your ticket online, your refund will be processed to your account within the next 7 days. If you purchased your ticket through the Box Office or by phone, we will be in contact with you to arrange your refund.

Postponed Shows – We will be in contact with you to arrange a refund or exchange
