The Jetty Memorial Theatre reserves the right to make any changes at any time without prior notice and at the Jetty Memorial Theatre absolute discretion to the Terms and Conditions. The Jetty Memorial Theatre will attempt to notify members of any change, but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
The Jetty Memorial Theatre also reserves the right to make any changes at any time without prior notice and in their absolute discretion to the goods which are qualifying the Jetty Memorial Theatre goods which members will receive. The Jetty Memorial Theatre reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Jetty Memorial Theatre Dress Circle at any time without prior notice. The Jetty Memorial Theatre will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Jetty Memorial Theatre Dress Circle.
A notice shall be deemed to be given by the Jetty Memorial Theatre to a member if it is sent to the postal address, email address of the member or physical display appearing at the Jetty Memorial Theatre.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Members of the Dress Circle will be asked to provide photographic identification that proves that they are over 18 years of age and the individual listed as the member. The Jetty Memorial Theatre Dress Circle membership card does not constitute valid proof of identification.
The Jetty Memorial Theatre will only use the applicant’s personal details for the purpose of setting up Jetty Memorial Theatre’s Dress Circle membership and for the purpose for which the information was provided, or a directly related purpose, unless you consent to another use or disclosure, in emergencies or as otherwise required or authorised by law.
In these Terms and Conditions “The Jetty Memorial Theatre” means COFFS HARBOUR JETTY MEMORIAL THEATRE ABN 73 126 214 487 or its authorised representatives, and “The Jetty Memorial Theatre Dress Circle” means those arrangements by which a member purchasing qualifying goods and thereby qualifies for awards or discounts under these Terms and Conditions.
Refunds are not offered on tickets unless a show is cancelled. If you need to change your ticket or can’t attend, with 48 hours notice we are happy to either transfer your tickets to another show or offer you a Gift Certificate, valid for 3 years. There is a $5 per ticket transaction fee associated with changes.
Dress Circle Membership
Only individuals over the age of 18 may be members of the Dress Circle. Membership is a non-refundable $35 to join. Discounted memberships are available after July 1 of the current year. Membership valid from January 1 and terminating December 31 of the calendar year. A person who is invited to become a member can apply in the ways provided by The Jetty Memorial Theatre; and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time, or upon the member using their Dress Circle member card. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all Dress Circle members cards transactions, whether before or after these Terms and Conditions become binding.
The Jetty Memorial Theatre may refuse any application.
Dress Circle member cards are issued on the basis of one card per individual. Membership purchases only apply to the individual identified by membership number.
Dress Circle memberships will become effective on the date of successful card activation.
A member must notify The Jetty Memorial Theatre immediately of any change of address or of a lost or stolen membership card. The Jetty Memorial Theatre is not liable for any delay in replacing a membership card or for any unauthorised use of a membership card. The fee for Dress Circle membership card replacement is $10 and incurred by the registered cardholder.
Dress Circle exchanged tickets are only available for shows with membership tickets available.
Membership priority seating extends 2 months prior to the first showing; seating will then be released and provided to the general public all membership preferences will be removed.
The Jetty Memorial Theatre may terminate a membership in the Dress Circle without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the member: Failure to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions, abuses of any privilege accorded to the member under the Dress Circle, supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to The Jetty Memorial Theatre in connection with the Dress Circle; If the member does not use their membership card for a continuous period of 12 months. After twelve months such contact details will be deleted from The Jetty Memorial Theatre Dress Circle database and the membership cancelled.
A member may terminate their membership in the Dress Circle at any time by giving written notice to the Jetty Memorial Theatre. Upon receipt of such notice, the members contact details will be noted on the Jetty Memorial Theatre Dress Circle database as closed. After twelve months such contact details will be deleted from the Jetty Memorial Theatre Dress Circle database and the membership cancelled.
Membership cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable, and remain the property of the Jetty Memorial Theatre.
Membership cards and valid photographic identification must be presented for all purchases and redemption by the members.
Any liability or duty arising from a member’s participation in the Dress Circle Membership is the responsibility of the member.
