The Jetty Memorial theatre is Coffs Harbour’s oldest and most utilised arts and culture venue. The theatre is owned and administered by Coffs Harbour City Council and has enjoyed strong community support and engagement for performing arts, theatre, dance, film and live music since its establishment in 1927.
The Jetty Theatre is a proscenium arch theatre with a seating capacity of 252. Elegantly furbished, it offers a unique and intimate experience and is equipped to host a wide range of functions beyond live theatre including; annual general meetings, professional seminars, Christmas parties, weddings and private functions.
We encourage all groups local and national to take advantage of our historic venue, we hire to commercial promoters, community groups as well as hosting private functions, conferences and private meetings. In addition to this, the Jetty Memorial Theatre presents an annual season of engaging arts and entertainment to the Coffs Harbour community.
Seating arrangements can be varied to provide Cabaret Style seating, facilitating either a dance floor or alternate performance space which allows for a wide variety of acts to be accommodated, a drawcard for performers both local and from further afield.
Front of house facilities include box office, foyer, café/ bar and outdoor patio area. Backstage areas include a comfortable greenroom, two dressing rooms, a production office, toilet facilities and washing machine & dryer.
We are a team of dedicated and experienced professionals (ticketing, marketing and technical) who will manage your event from the initial enquiry to when the last patron leaves. We take pride in our exceptional customer service and being able to facilitate a successful and enjoyable experience for all hirers.
