FRREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What is the process if my performance is rescheduled?

In the event of a performance being rescheduled due to COVID-19, the ticket buyer will be entitled to exchange their tickets to the new date, convert their ticket price into a gift voucher valid for 3 years, or obtain a full refund when contacted by our Box Office staff at the time of cancellation.

Once tickets are exchanged for a rescheduled performance, the new transaction is final, and our standard refund/exchange policy will come into effect. Under this policy, tickets are not refundable except as set out in the LPA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia.

What is the process if my show is cancelled?

All ticket holders will have their tickets refunded. If you purchased tickets online via the website your ticket will be refunded automatically over the coming days and you do not need to contact the box office. If you purchased tickets over the counter or over the phone a box office staff member will be in touch to process your refund.

I’m having trouble getting through to the Box Office – what should I do?

Please be mindful the box office is extremely busy during this time. We encourage you to please leave a message if a staff member cannot answer your call. Your message will be returned by a box office staff member as soon as possible.
