Oliver! is a heartwarming and thrilling musical based on Charles Dickens’ classic novel Oliver Twist. The story follows young orphan Oliver Twist, who escapes the harsh conditions of a Victorian workhouse in London and runs away to the city in search of a better life. There, he falls in with a group of street-smart boys led by the cunning yet charismatic Artful Dodger and their mysterious master, Fagin, who trains them as pickpockets.

As Oliver navigates the dangers of the city, he encounters both kindness and cruelty, including the warm-hearted Nancy, who struggles between loyalty and doing what is right, and the terrifying criminal Bill Sikes. Through hardship, adventure, and hope, Oliver’s journey ultimately leads to the discovery of his true identity and the chance of a real home, proving that compassion and courage can shine even in the darkest places.
